Intellics Global Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Senior IT Recruiter to lead domestic IT recruitment with a focus on C2H hiring, client handling and team guidance. The role supports IC contributions while driving end-to-end hiring across multiple tech stacks in a remote work setup.

You will partner with clients, source and screen profiles, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and manage pipelines. Requires 4–5 years of relevant experience, strong communication and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end Domestic IT Recruitment across multiple technologies.
• Manage client relationships, coordinate with client POCs, and understand hiring requirements.
• Source, screen, submit profiles, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and follow up until joining.
• Manage recruitment pipelines, trackers, and client portal submissions.
• Handle recruitment teams and drive hiring closures while managing individual requirements.

Required Skills

• 57 years of Domestic IT Recruitment experience.
• Strong experience in C2H and client handling.
• Experience in Client handling and Individual Contributor (IC) roles.
• Excellent sourcing, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience handling multiple client requirements and large clients is preferred.
