Job summary

Intellics Global Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Senior IT Recruiter for remote work to manage end-to-end domestic IT recruitment across multiple technologies. The role focuses on C2H hiring, client handling, and team coordination while enabling Independent Contributor (IC) work.

The candidate will source, screen, submit profiles, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and drive closures across large client accounts. Strong sourcing, negotiation, and stakeholder management are essential.

Job Summary We are looking for experienced Senior IT Recruiters with strong expertise in Domestic IT Recruitment, C2H hiring, client handling, and team management, along with the ability to work independently as an Individual Contributor (IC).

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end Domestic IT Recruitment across multiple technologies.
• Manage client relationships, coordinate with client POCs, and understand hiring requirements.
• Source, screen, submit profiles, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and follow up until joining.
• Manage recruitment pipelines, trackers, and client portal submissions.
• Handle recruitment teams and drive hiring closures while managing individual requirements.

Required Skills

• 57 years of Domestic IT Recruitment experience.
• Strong experience in C2H and client handling.
• Experience in Client handling and Individual Contributor (IC) roles.
• Excellent sourcing, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience handling multiple client requirements and large clients is preferred.

• Ay Degree
• Own laptop/desktop and reliable internet connection.
• Maximum employment gap: 6 months.
