Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
• Master’s Degree with 3+ years of experience or Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of experience.
• Associate degree with 8+ years of experience or High School Diploma with 10+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop, and maintain a candidate pipeline for technology roles including security clearances.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs for roles requiring security clearances at various levels.
• Develop and implement recruiting strategies tailored to positions with security clearance requirements.
• Utilize job boards, social media, and industry platforms to identify and engage potential candidates with security clearances.
• Assess candidates’ qualifications to determine suitability for specific roles.
• Maintain a robust pipeline for current and future openings.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to offer acceptance.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience with timely updates and support.
• Coordinate with HR and compliance teams to align processes with regulations.
