M.C. Dean, a leader in building intelligence, seeks a Senior Technical Recruiter to lead full lifecycle recruiting for cleared facility technicians and engineers supporting U.S. Government programs.

The role covers CONUS and OCONUS deployments, partnering with managers to meet aggressive staffing timelines. Responsibilities include building pipelines for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building automation roles, ensuring compliance with DoD and IC regulations, and driving overseas staffing

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience focused on U.S. Government cleared candidates (TS/SCI).
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required; alternative higher experience paths listed in qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle recruiting for TS/SCI, CI Poly, and Full-Scope Poly cleared candidates across CONUS and OCONUS government programs.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, building controls, and facilities maintenance talent.
• Support recruiting for OCONUS deployments with readiness for austere environments.
• Partner with Program Managers, Facility Operations leadership, Security Officers, and deployment coordinators on staffing needs and timelines.
• Develop sourcing strategies using clearance-focused job boards, referrals, social platforms, and military outreach.
• Ensure compliance with DoD, IC, OSHA, OFCCP, and international deployment regulations.
• Conduct screening, interview coordination, compensation analysis, and offers aligned with contract guidelines for CONUS/OCONUS roles.
• Support large-scale hiring, including rapid ramp-ups and overseas staffing.
• Maintain ATS records in Taleo, iCIMS, Workday or similar systems.
• Advise hiring managers on talent availability and market conditions for overseas roles.
• Drive process improvements in recruitment and candidate experience for overseas staffing.
