• Experience recruiting project managers, electrical designers and engineers is a top priority.
• Experience in electrical construction, critical infrastructure, or data center industries is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for project managers, electrical designers, project engineers, and other technical roles.
• Source, engage, assess, and attract qualified candidates using targeted strategies.
• Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and develop recruitment plans.
• Maintain strong candidate pipelines to support open roles and future demand.
• Serve as primary contact for candidates throughout the process with timely communication.
• Ensure recruiting activities and records comply with OFCCP and company policies.
• Track recruiting activity and prepare reports on pipelines and hiring progress.
• Advise on market conditions, compensation considerations, and recruitment challenges.
• Stay informed on industry trends and recruiting technologies.
• Represent the company at career fairs and industry events.
• Collaborate with recruitment teammates and share best practices.
• Model professionalism, integrity, and compliance with processes.
• Perform other duties and support additional recruiting initiatives.
