Job summary

Nbutexas is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for cleared critical-facility technicians and engineering professionals supporting U.S. Government, DoD, Intelligence Community, and international programs.

You will screen candidates with TS/SCI, CI Poly, and Full-Scope Poly clearances, build pipelines for CONUS and OCONUS deployments, and collaborate with program managers and security teams to meet aggressive staffing timelines.

Qualifications

7+ years of technical recruiting experience.
Proven experience recruiting U.S. Government/DoD cleared candidates.
Experience with TS/SCI and Polygraph-cleared talent.
Background recruiting critical-facility technical trades (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, controls, facilities, or engineering).
Experience supporting CONUS and/or OCONUS government programs.
Strong understanding of security clearance requirements and processes.
Ability to recruit high-volume and hard-to-fill positions under aggressive timelines.
Experience with ATS tools such as Taleo, iCIMS, Workday, Bullhorn, or similar.
OFCCP compliance experience.

Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle recruiting for cleared technical roles.
Manage candidates with TS/SCI, CI Poly, and Full-Scope Poly clearances.
Build pipelines for CONUS and OCONUS deployments.
Coordinate with Program Managers and Security for staffing timelines.
Develop proactive sourcing strategies using clearance-focused boards, military outreach, referrals, and social platforms.
Support high-volume hiring and rapid contract ramp-ups.
Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, discuss compensation, and onboard.
Maintain accurate recruiting activity within an ATS.
Advise leadership on candidate availability and market conditions.
