Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a full life cycle recruiter to support government contracting programs across DoD, Law Enforcement, and Intelligence communities. You will source passive candidates, build pipelines, and partner with hiring managers to fill roles promptly.

The role requires 5+ years of recruiting experience, proven ability to recruit cleared staff, OFCCP compliance knowledge, and the agility to multitask across many openings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years of overall recruiting experience for a government contractor.
• Experience in sourcing, internet recruiting, and recruitment process management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience recruiting technical professionals.
• Proven track record hiring cleared staff (Secret, TS, TSSCI, etc.) within DoD, Law Enforcement, and Intelligence communities.
• Knowledge of technology and management consulting fields.
• Ability to recruit programmers, systems analysts, and business analysts successfully.
• Experience recruiting for facilities management and physical security roles preferred.
• Ability to handle a large load of open positions and multitask/prioritize multiple openings.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office.
• Full understanding of a regulated OFCCP environment.
• Experience using multiple social media sites to develop leads.
• Experience executing attract/recruit strategies supporting business priorities and objectives.
• Experience developing sourcing plans for diverse talent pools, including military veterans.
• Full life cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience identifying networking leads for passive talent using multiple internet sources.
• Effective structured and succinct written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of state and federal employment/hiring laws and internet candidate requirements.
• Ability to think outside of the box.
• Must be able to work for a government contractor; cleared-staff recruiting experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide sourcing, recruiting support, and consultation for hiring managers as a full life cycle recruiter.
• Drive specialized recruitment programs for unique needs, hiring-volume spikes, and pipeline development.
• Provide recruiting support across IT, Professional Services, Facilities Management, Physical Security, and Health.
• Develop passive candidate pipelines through name generation, networking, cold calling, complex internet searches, and research.
• Establish ongoing relationships with hiring managers to understand business and recruitment needs and fill positions promptly.
• Build talent communities through social media channels including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and blogs.
• Research and evaluate new sourcing and research methods to create innovative sourcing strategies.
• Integrate recruitment into business units through relationships with hiring managers.
• Drive operational excellence, compliance, and high recruitment standards.
• Propose diversity strategies to attract a diverse workforce.
• Interface with business and program leaders and deliver qualified talent for critical business roles.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
