Job summary

Firecrawl is seeking a senior in-house recruiter to own end-to-end hiring for all non-exec roles. You will partner with the Chief of Staff and hiring managers, building cold pipelines for technical hires and managing our ATS and sourcing tools.

You will run weekly syncs, refine the hiring bar, craft compelling job descriptions, and track funnel metrics to move fast while maintaining candidate quality. This is an on-site SF role with equity opportunity and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience at a startup.
• Track record closing hard technical hires (backend, ML, infra).
• Fluent with Ashby or a similar ATS and AI-enabled sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle recruiting for all open roles outside the exec team.
• Source cold and build pipelines for technical roles without inbound reliance.
• Own the ATS pipelines, screening criteria, and reporting.
• Coordinate weekly hiring-manager syncs and write candidate notes.
• Manage agency and sourcing tool relationships and assess quality.
• Draft and maintain job postings on templates.
• Track time-to-hire, pass rates, and source quality; optimize funnel.
• Hand hires to onboarding and ensure smooth handoff.
