Job summary

San Francisco Compute is hiring a senior recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for technical and strategic roles in a fast-growing environment. You will partner with hiring managers, design a repeatable hiring engine, and own the candidate experience end-to-end.

The role blends hands-on sourcing with strategic leadership and requires strong data discipline. You will evolve the recruiting stack, manage agency partners, and help scale the talent function as the company grows, with hybrid work

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven track record closing technical roles.
• Experience owning a recruiting function with ATS ownership and process design.
• Built and managed a small talent team: sourcers, coordinators, or recruiters.
• Ability to sell the vision to candidates and stakeholders.
• Commitment to talent quality and culture add over headcount.
• Fluency with modern recruiting tooling and data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and strategic roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and success criteria.
• Build the hiring engine with repeatable sourcing motions and interview processes.
• Own and evolve the recruiting stack (Ashby) and ensure data integrity.
• Manage agency and sourcing partner relationships and budgets.
• Own the candidate experience from outreach to offer acceptance.
• Develop our talent brand through content, events, and candidate touchpoints.
• Use data to monitor pipeline health, conversion, time-to-fill, and sourcing effectiveness.
• Scope and build the talent team as hiring volume grows.
