Paraform is redefining how startups hire by empowering engineers and product teams with a marketplace of top recruiters and AI agents. We seek a high-performing Technical Recruiter toSource, close, and optimize our hiring at scale.

You will partner with hiring managers, design interview processes, and build repeatable sourcing playbooks to attract the best 1% talent for our fast-growing team in San Francisco.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Proven track record closing strong candidates in a competitive market.
• Deep sourcing chops and proactive candidate outreach.
• High ownership mentality and ability to operate without a playbook.
• Builder mindset to create process and structure.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting — from kickoff to close
• Source proactively and build pipelines for hard-to-fill roles
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team dynamics
• Define and sharpen interview processes, scorecards, and candidate experience
• Build repeatable sourcing playbooks, calibration frameworks, and pipeline tracking
• Serve as an ambassador for Paraform's mission and product
• Identify recruiting tooling and workflow improvements to raise quality and efficiency
