Job summary

Nuro is hiring a recruiter to own full-cycle technical recruiting for ML, autonomy, and systems roles. You will partner with engineering leaders to shape role scopes, interview plans, and evaluation criteria while building strong candidate pipelines and improving hiring processes.

You will use ATS tools and AI-powered recruiting tech to attract top talent across engineering functions, managing multiple searches concurrently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• In-house technical recruiting experience for ML, robotics, or infrastructure roles (≥2 years).
• Demonstrated ability to build candidate pipelines via outbound sourcing.
• Experience partnering with engineering leaders on hiring strategy and role definition.
• Experience managing 10+ concurrent open searches.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle technical recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers.
• Partner with engineering leaders to define role scopes and interview plans.
• Track metrics and use data to remove bottlenecks and improve processes.
• Run structured technical and behavioral evaluations with hiring panels.
• Build and maintain sourcing pipelines using LinkedIn, GitHub, and outbound tools.
