Job summary

Nuro is seeking a Recruiting specialist to own full-cycle recruiting for ML, Autonomy, and Systems Engineering teams in Mountain View, CA. You will partner with engineering leaders to define roles and interview plans, building scalable processes to hire top AI-first talent.

You will source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and outbound tools, run structured evaluations, and help advance Nuro's AI-first talent strategy across the company.

Qualifications

• In-house technical recruiting experience for ML, robotics, or infrastructure roles.
• Experience building candidate pipelines via direct/outbound sourcing.
• Collaboration with engineering leaders on hiring strategy and role definition.
• Ability to manage 10+ concurrent searches and reporting via ATS.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle technical recruiting: sourcing strategy, pipeline generation, interviews, and offers.
• Partner with engineering leaders to define role scopes, interview plans, and evaluation criteria.
• Track metrics and improve processes to reduce time-to-fill and increase quality of hire.
• Conduct structured technical and behavioral evaluations with hiring panels.
• Build and maintain pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and outbound tools.
