Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to lead software, hardware, and production engineering hiring across our Maritime Division. This role is a 6-month contract with hybrid options in Quincy, MA, Boston, MA, or Costa Mesa, CA, and remote flexibility.

You will move fast sourcing high-volume candidates, partner with leaders to shape talent strategy, and own end-to-end recruiting from prospecting to offer, using LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and Boolean search.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience recruiting and sourcing for technical roles and closing top tier engineering talent (startup/software experience preferred).
• Experience hiring candidates within software, hardware or both.
• 4+ years of client interaction with Hiring Managers and Directors.

Responsibilities

• Move fast with sourcing and maintain open lines of communication with stakeholders.
• Partner with leaders to influence talent strategy and hiring deliverables.
• Build trust with cross-functional stakeholders to scale company growth.
• Understand product, roadmap, and team culture to pitch opportunities effectively.
• Close exceptional technical talent by articulating mission and team value.
• Track pipeline and translate data into a narrative to drive momentum.
• Develop recruiting strategies for long-term growth and referrals.
• Act as SME in prospecting techniques, data extraction, automation, and candidate management.
• Conduct interviews with high interview-to-offer ratios.
• Engage passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Boolean strings, referrals.
• Provide a consistent, positive candidate experience throughout the process.
