You will drive end-to-end recruitment for product-based SaaS roles across the domestic market in a fully remote setup, from sourcing to onboarding. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in technical recruitment, strong stakeholder management, and hands-on sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and other channels.

Qualifications

• 1-8 years of experience in Technical Recruitment / IT Recruitment.
• Salary - 3LPA-12LPA+
• Prior experience hiring for Product-based SaaS organizations is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of software development technologies and hiring practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and build strategies.
• Source candidates through portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking and other channels.
• Hire for Software Engineers, Frontend/Backend Developers, DevOps, QA, Product Managers and data roles.
• Evaluate candidates for technical skills, culture fit, and career goals.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and teams and maintain candidate records.

About the Role - We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Technical Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have experience hiring for Product-based SaaS companies and possess strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment for technology roles across the domestic market. This role requires excellent stakeholder management, sourcing capabilities, and the ability to attract top technical talent in a competitive hiring landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring requirements and build effective recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, employee referrals, networking, and other innovative channels.
• Hire for various technical positions including Software Engineers, Full Stack Developers, Frontend Developers, Backend Developers, DevOps Engineers, QA Engineers, Product Managers, Data Engineers, and other technology roles.
• Evaluate candidate profiles, technical skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified technology professionals.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and recruitment databases.
• Stay updated on industry trends, talent availability, and market intelligence within the technology and SaaS ecosystem.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1-8 years of experience in Technical Recruitment / IT Recruitment.
• Salary - 3LPA-12LPA+
• Prior experience hiring for Product-based SaaS organizations is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of software development technologies, technical roles, and hiring practices.
• Experience in permanent staffing and lateral hiring.
• Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and other recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience hiring across Engineering, Product, Data, Cloud, and DevOps functions.
• Exposure in hiring high-growth SAAS startup or ProductBased Clients.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics.
