Qualifications

We are looking for enthusiastic, target-driven HR Recruiters with 12 years of recruitment experience who are passionate about connecting talented professionals with exciting career opportunities.

This role offers the opportunity to work on hiring requirements for funded startups and growing companies across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client job descriptions and hiring requirements.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Foundit, and other recruitment platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, salary expectations, and notice period.
• Shortlist suitable candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage candidate follow-ups from initial screening through joining.
• Handle multiple recruitment requirements simultaneously.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily reports.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
• Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure timely position closures.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 1 year and maximum 2 years of recruitment experience is mandatory.
• Previous experience in recruitment consultancies or staffing agencies is preferred.
• Experience in candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of recruitment platforms such as Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and work under deadlines.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven recruitment environment.
• Must have a personal laptop and stable internet connection.
