You will develop strategies to attract, evaluate, and hire the best talent to support our rapid growth. You will partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, build pipelines through networking, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical recruiting, preferably in advanced manufacturing or cleantech.
• Proven success hiring engineers, scientists, and operations leaders.
• Excellent communication, relationship building, and organizational skills.
