Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to lead full-cycle technical recruiting for federal civilian government programs. The role is hybrid, with three days onsite in Falls Church, VA, and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

You will partner with hiring managers, build talent pipelines, analyze recruitment metrics, and ensure compliance with OFCCP and EEOC guidelines while sourcing top technical talent for critical missions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical recruiting experience; government contracting recruiting experience preferred.
• Experience utilizing ATS, sourcing platforms, social media recruiting tools, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Strong knowledge of candidate sourcing, talent pipelining, compensation discussions, recruiting analytics, and stakeholder management.
• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience OR 12+ years of relevant recruiting experience in lieu of a degree.

• Serve as a strategic recruiting partner to hiring managers, providing guidance on talent acquisition strategies, market trends, and hiring solutions.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.

Compensation for the Senior Technical Recruiter include:

Salary Range: $90,000 - $105,000 annually depending on experience
