• 8+ years of technical recruiting experience; government contracting recruiting experience preferred.
• Experience utilizing ATS, sourcing platforms, social media recruiting tools, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience OR 12+ years of relevant recruiting experience in lieu of a degree.
• No clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic recruiting partner to hiring managers, providing guidance on talent acquisition strategies, market trends, and hiring solutions.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
• Build and maintain pipelines of technical talent to support current and future hiring needs across the business.
• Analyze recruiting metrics and provide reporting, workforce insights, and hiring updates to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with ATS processes, OFCCP guidelines, EEOC regulations, and internal recruiting procedures.

Required Qualifications for the Senior Technical Recruiter include:

• Strong knowledge of candidate sourcing, talent pipelining, compensation discussions, recruiting analytics, and stakeholder management.
• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience OR 12+ years of relevant recruiting experience in lieu of a degree.

Compensation for the Senior Technical Recruiter include:

Salary Range: $90,000 - $105,000 annually depending on experience
