Job summary

Amatriot Group, LLC is expanding its Talent Acquisition team and hiring a Talent Acquisition Associate to support technical recruiting and candidate delivery across federal and national security–focused programs. This is an entry level, full-time role designed to build a foundation in sales, business growth efforts, and talent acquisition.

You will source technical candidates, screen applicants, build pipelines, coordinate interviews, and collaborate with senior recruiters to meet client hiring

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of recruiting, staffing, or federal contract sales experience.
• Experience with full lifecycle recruiting (Federal preferably).
• Experience with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Source technical candidates using recruiting platforms, databases, and Boolean search techniques.
• Execute outbound outreach campaigns through phone and email.
• Conduct candidate screens and qualification interviews.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines aligned to active requisitions.
• Develop and manage candidate relationships throughout the hiring process.
• Partner with senior recruiters and account leads on delivery strategy.
• Track candidate activity and pipeline status in ATS/CRM systems.
• Support candidate submittals and interview coordination.

Target Salary Range*: $65,000 - $75,000
Variable Compensation: Bonus & Commission in addition to base salary

Position Overview

The Amatriot Group is expanding its Talent Acquisition team and hiring a Talent Acquisition
Associate to support technical recruiting and candidate delivery across federal and national security–
focused programs. This is an entry level, full-time role designed for motivated, competitive
individuals who want to build a foundation in sales, business growth efforts, and talent acquisition.
In this role you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and developing relationships with
technical candidates and supporting active client hiring requirements. This role follows a structured,
performance-based development path with coaching and advancement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Source technical candidates using recruiting platforms, databases, and Boolean search
  techniques
• Execute outbound outreach campaigns through phone and email
• Conduct candidate screens and qualification interviews
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines aligned to active requisitions
• Develop and manage candidate relationships throughout the hiring process
• Partner with senior recruiters and account leads on delivery strategy
• Track candidate activity and pipeline status in ATS/CRM systems
• Support candidate submittals and interview coordination
• Learn technical role categories and federal hiring requirements
• Develop closing tactics to ensure sound onboarding of technical talent.
• Act as internal Point of Contact for contractor hires post start date placement.

Experience

• 2-5 Years of recruiting, staffing, or federal contract sales experience
• Experience with or exposure to full lifecycle recruiting (Federal preferably)
• Experience with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
