Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred.
• PM certifications (PMP, Agile, SAFe, CSM) highly preferred.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid methodologies.
• Proven leadership and communication to influence diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple large-scale technical projects from inception to closure.
• Define scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed schedules, resource plans, and risk strategies.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues; escalate as needed.
• Manage budgets and ensure delivery within financial constraints.
• Mentor other project managers and drive continuous process improvement.
