Job summary

NCR Corporation is seeking a Senior DevOps Leader to manage a 3–6 person team and oversee Emerald/Voyix deployments at customer sites. You will coach staff, drive CI/CD automation, and coordinate cloud/on-premises software deployments with focus on Windows security and SQL systems.

Remote-friendly US-based role with up to 10% travel, reporting into NCR Voyix labs. This role emphasizes technical leadership, customer consulting, and scalable deployment strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field with six years of experience.
• Experience in hardening and security of Windows OS.
• Experience deploying distributed software solutions in Cloud and on-premises.
• Experience in leading technical teams and providing guidance to customers and vendors.
• Experience with SQL Server installation, tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with integration of distributed Retail Software solutions deployed in Cloud and on-premises.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 3–6 DevOps and SME, conduct performance reviews and 1:1s.
• Guide deployment, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of Emerald/ Voyix software on customer sites.
• Provide consulting on environment setup, network security and deployment automation.
• Document lab processes, manage CI/CD pipelines and virtual/physical labs.
