Job summary

Webhosting is seeking a Remote Full-time Senior Operations Leader (Project/Program Management – CloudOps) to coordinate strategic projects, large-scale infrastructure, tooling, and hardware initiatives. You will drive planning, align cross-functional workstreams, and ensure on-time delivery within scope and business objectives.

You'll develop detailed plans, track milestones, manage risks, facilitate governance, and deliver reporting dashboards for leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in project/program management, preferably within CloudOps or infrastructure projects.
• Strong ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects and strategic operational initiatives from planning through completion.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues, and actions.
• Track execution at the task level with clear ownership and status for granular reporting.
• Facilitate meetings, document decisions, and drive items to completion.
• Produce dashboards and executive-ready updates on project health and KPIs.
