Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager to lead and coordinate the release and deployment of large-scale software systems across sites. You will partner with engineering, supply chain, safety, operations, launch, maintenance, and corporate functions to deliver complex programs on schedule.

As a Principal TPM, you will break down large projects, develop plans and schedules, and present updates to executives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical product or program management experience with software teams.
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams and coordinating releases.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities; stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze product and technology service strategy and make strategic recommendations.
• Coordinate the design, development, testing, and deployment of features into production across multiple technical teams.
• Create and track project milestones, risks, and dependencies, and describe, own, and prioritize all technical requirements.
• Dive deep to understand design details of systems, especially customer interfaces and dependencies.
• Own the implementation plan across teams and report progress against milestones to stakeholders.
