Blue Origin is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale delivery across engineering, supply chain, safety, operations, launch, and corporate functions. You will break down complex programs, build roadmaps, coordinate multi-team releases, and report progress to executives, applying strong leadership, judgment, and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent.
• 10+ years of technical product or program management experience working directly with software engineering and technology development teams.
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
• Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Analyze product and technology service strategy and make strategic recommendations.
• Coordinate the design, development, testing, and deployment of features into production across multiple technical teams.
• Create and track project milestones, risks, and dependencies, and describe, own, and prioritize all technical requirements associated with delivery.
• Dive deep to understand the design details of the systems in your area, especially those related to customer interfaces and the expectations for system dependencies.
• Own the implementation plan across teams and report on progress against technical milestones to stakeholders.
• Demonstrate good judgment in how and when to escalate.
• Be data-oriented, regularly review metrics, and proactively seek out new and improved data/mechanisms for visibility.
