Job summary

Blue Origin seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead technology development programs within Enterprise Technology. You will partner with product management and engineering to define the long-term vision, scope, milestones and cross-organizational delivery plans, coordinating multiple teams to deliver on key initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent.
• 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
• Excellent understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the design, development, testing and deployment of features into production across multiple technical teams.
• Create and track project milestones, risks and dependencies, describe, own and prioritize all technical requirements associated with delivery.
• Dive deep and understand the design details of the systems in your area, especially those related to customer interfaces, and the expectations for system dependencies.
• Develop an implementation plan across teams and write narratives on program decisions and trade-offs.
