Job summary

Mastercard in Missouri seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager to conceptualize, coordinate and drive technology projects across global teams, coaching Agile practices. You will help build a microservices-based B2B payments platform with a focus on performance, security and reliability.

Reporting within the Network Solutions team, you will shepherd cross-functional initiatives, guide planning and grooming, and collaborate with product owners to maximize business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with Agile delivery models (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Experience building cloud-native services at scale.

Responsibilities

• Dive into the tech stack, integration patterns, and company assets to provide technical solutions.
• Contribute to strategies, design choices, and cloud infrastructure for new features.
• Drive execution of initiatives spanning multiple teams and integrations with status updates.
