Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager in O’Fallon, Missouri. You will lead cloud-native, data-driven programs within Corporate Solutions, coordinating across multiple teams and stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable payment solutions worldwide.

You will drive agile delivery, manage dependencies, and communicate status to executives, while building strong cross-functional relationships and ensuring high-quality software delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience defining and building cloud-native services at scale.
• Experience with Agile delivery models (Scrum, Kanban).
• Data-driven decision-making experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with executives and teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate end-to-end engineering delivery across teams.
• Drive timely, decisive progress and remove blockers.
• Act as primary liaison for project status with stakeholders.
• Represent team services to stakeholders and bring SMEs as needed.
