Job summary

Mastercard is seeking an Associate Managing Consultant, Technical Program Management to lead technology programs and strategic initiatives for clients in the financial services and payments space. Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of TPS/TPM, PM, BA, or related experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional software delivery & API/digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong business analysis, requirements elicitation, and stakeholder interviews.
• Experience in Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
• Familiarity with cloud, data platforms, and enterprise tech ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology programs and strategic initiatives with moderate oversight.
• Coordinate across business and technology teams to ensure delivery success.
• Define objectives, capture requirements, and translate into actionable plans.
• Manage risks, dependencies, budgets, and governance materials.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to delivery best practices.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Tech Leaders, and Sponsors to align on goals.
