Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Product Manager-Technical for the Switching Solutions team in the US to deliver secure and reliable core transaction switching systems. You will bridge business needs with technology, driving designs, estimates and delivery in collaboration with engineering, program managers and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has payments/financial services experience, strong agile delivery skills, and can manage multiple initiatives while maintaining customer focus and quality

Qualifications

Experience in payments or financial services industry
Ability to translate business needs into requirements
Experience with agile delivery methodologies
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

Understand business needs and translate to requirements across Mastercard
Collaborate with project managers and engineering to estimate, design and deliver requirements
Advocate for the customer, reviewing designs and contributing to documentation
Monitor delivery throughout testing, production and post-production
