Job summary

Mastercard Inc. in the United States seeks an Associate Managing Consultant to lead complex technology programs and strategic initiatives for financial services and payments clients.

You will partner with Product Managers, Technology Leaders, and Sponsors to define objectives, capture requirements, and translate business needs into actionable delivery plans. You will drive end-to-end program execution, manage scope and risks, mentor junior consultants, and contribute to consulting methodologies

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in Technical Program Management, Technical Project Management, Business Analysis, Product Delivery, Technology Consulting, or a related discipline.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects involving software delivery, technology implementation, systems integration, APIs, cloud solutions, or digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology programs and strategic initiatives with moderate oversight, managing scope, requirements, delivery, and risk.
• Collaborate across business and technology teams to ensure successful client engagements.
• Drive end-to-end program execution including planning, resource coordination, risk management, testing, deployment, and adoption.
