Job summary

Mastercard is seeking an Associate Managing Consultant, Technical Program Management to lead technology programs for clients in financial services and fintech. You will manage scope, requirements, delivery, and stakeholder engagement across cross-functional teams to ensure successful client engagements.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, experience with Agile environments, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable delivery plans while building trusted

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in Technical Program Management, Technical Project Management, Business Analysis, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading cross-functional software delivery, technology implementations, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong business analysis skills and stakeholder interviewing, mapping, and documentation.
• Experience in Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent technology programs and digital transformation initiatives for clients in financial services and fintech.
• Partner with clients to define objectives, capture requirements, and translate needs into delivery plans.
• Drive end-to-end program execution including planning, risk management, testing, deployment, and adoption.
• Develop executive status reporting, delivery metrics, roadmaps, and program governance materials.
