Mastercard seeks a Lead, Product Management-Technical to shape platform capabilities and drive adoption across teams in the RSA program. You will translate business needs into platform features, monitor performance, and coordinate with multiple groups to ensure successful launches end-to-end.

The role requires deep understanding of platform technologies, strong backlog grooming skills, and clear communication to align stakeholders and deliver customer value.

Formación

• Fully learn the functionality, architecture, dependencies and runtime properties of the systems supporting your product.
• Explain the business context and the associated customer use cases.
• Proficient at grooming user stories, setting entrance/exit criteria and prioritizing a platform product backlog.
• Understand the technologies supporting the platform and defend your stance in cross-functional debates.
• Verbal and written communication is clear and concise.

Responsabilidades

• Identifies gaps and new platform capabilities as required.
• Uses research, user studies, metrics and competitive analysis to understand platform and business needs.
• Uses runtime metrics of services in market as feedback for backlog prioritization.
• Coordinates with interdependent teams and exhibits expertise in the platform feature area.
• Translates business requirements and platform needs into user stories and use cases.
• Monitors feature development at the feature level.
• Reviews product demos with the development team against acceptance criteria.
• Prepares launches and monitors platform performance, adoption and health for feature sets.
