GroPatients, LLC is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to oversee high-visibility programs and scale our processes for delivering patient-focused products. You will guide engineering teams, plan requirements with Product, and drive timely delivery across distributed backend systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in CS/SE/related field.
• 8 years of proven experience managing technical programs.
• Strong drive to improve healthcare navigation and patient outcomes.
• Organized and strategic approach to collaborating across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Attention to detail with ability to ship on time.
• Experience building a remote-friendly culture and mentoring teammates.
• Proven track record managing large, distributed tech applications and backend systems.
• Strong stakeholder management with Engineering, Product, Design, Analytics, and other teams.
• HealthTech, Commerce or Healthcare experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive complex, high-visibility technical programs across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Coordinate across engineering and non-engineering stakeholders through full program lifecycle.
• Understand architecture and propose technical alternatives and priorities.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to plan requirements and manage schedules.
• Track progress, resolve dependencies, and communicate status to leadership.
