TailorCare is seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive execution of complex, cross-functional technical programs across Product, Engineering, and Operations. In this role, you will partner with product, engineering, and clinical operations to deliver high-impact programs that support expansion into new markets.

You will own program execution from grooming requirements to planning releases, manage risk, and keep teams aligned for on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of program management experience delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• 3+ years in healthcare technology or regulated environments.
• Experience launching new products with product and engineering teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale technical programs across product, engineering, and operations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to groom requirements and plan releases.
• Manage risks and ensure on-time, high-quality product delivery.
• Facilitate release planning and cross-functional governance with stakeholders.
• Translate technical architecture and dependencies for decision-making.
