Job summary

Gainwell Technologies is seeking a fully remote Program Manager to oversee the planning and delivery of application development initiatives. You will align product, engineering, and business stakeholders, drive end-to-end program lifecycle including road mapping, risk mgmt, and continuous improvement in an Agile/DevOps environment.

You will lead global teams, manage budgets, and engage with clients to ensure timely, high-quality releases while promoting collaboration and stakeholder value.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Project Management experience including Budget Development, Project Planning, Project Controls, Earned Value Management, and use of Catalyst.
• Proficiency in Project Management Software, productivity tools, methodology tools, finance and accounting concepts, and administrative processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project work statements, scope, priorities, budgets, schedules, and program documentation.
• Serve as the primary stakeholder contact, manage communications, and clarify objectives, timelines, and expectations.
• Monitor performance, risks, issues, timelines, quality, and resources; implement mitigation strategies and changes.
• Lead and coordinate project teams, allocate resources, and support performance management.
• Support growth through proposal development, executive discussions, client feedback analysis, and continuous improvement.
