Job summary

Concert Health is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to drive a unified technology experience for clinicians and patients, aligning EHR/EMR integrations, care management, and analytics on a scalable roadmap.

You'll collaborate with engineering, clinical operations, and analytics teams to translate requirements into user stories, own the backlog, and deliver high-impact features in a fast-growing healthcare technology startup.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of agile and advanced product management experience.
• Practical competency with all skills and responsibilities of a full stack product manager.
• Deep knowledge of EHR/EMR workflows with healthcare interoperability standards such as FHIR, HL7, integration strategies and tools, preferably with Salesforce platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead the prioritization and execution of customer EHR/EMR integrations and implementation capabilities with engineering, operations, and vendors.
• Own and drive the product roadmap for engagement applications, integration and analytics, and APIs.
• Define requirements and write user stories with acceptance criteria, collaborating with architects to plan iterative delivery.
