Qualifications

• 8+ years in product leadership roles, healthcare SAAS preferred.
• Proven track record as a high-performing product manager or group PM.
• Hands-on with AI-driven software development, prototyping, and UI design.
• Strong ability to translate complex concepts for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience leading remote, distributed teams and collaborating across functions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product leaders to define and share our product vision and roadmap.
• Leverage AI to design and prototype new features and guide investments.
• Drive data-informed decisions to optimize feature impact and revenue growth.
• Oversee product integrations with health tech and EMR partners.
