Job summary

TailorCare is seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive cross-functional technical initiatives across product, engineering, and operations. You will own end-to-end program execution, grooming requirements, releases, risk management, and stakeholder alignment to deliver high-quality products that advance patient outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in program management within healthcare tech, strong Jira experience, and the ability to translate technical architecture into actionable

Qualifications

• 7+ years of program management experience delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• 3+ years working in healthcare technology or similarly regulated environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience launching new products with product and engineering teams.
• Knowledge of program management best practices and Agile.
• Strong experience with Jira.
• Ability to use data and analytical tools to inform decisions and surface risks.
• Ability to interpret technical architecture and dependencies across data platform, software, and data science.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Travel up to 10% for onsite meetings and events.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of large-scale technical programs across product, engineering, and operations.
• Coordinate cross-functional alignment and clear communication among stakeholders.
• Plan and conduct release management and grooming ceremonies with Ops teams.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to stay on track.
• Continuously improve program management processes for efficiency.
• Interpret technical architecture and dependencies to facilitate engineering decision making.
