Responsibilities

• Drive functional and technical delivery of key programs and initiatives across engineering, product, and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with engineering to design scope, create specs, and shepherd features.
• Create roadmaps, plans, and release timelines for complex programs.
• Own and execute one or more software engineering programs simultaneously.
• Influence senior stakeholders and align with company objectives.
• Define scalable program processes and frameworks adopted across the org.
• Mentor TPMs and contribute to building the TPM discipline.
