Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in technical program or product management, delivering shipping software with global impact.
• Proven track record of managing software development across all phases from kickoff to ship.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and drive architectural decisions.
• Independent leader who collaborates across time zones and disciplines.
• Strong written and verbal communication across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive functional and technical delivery of key programs and initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering to scope, design, and shepherd features.
• Create specs, project plans, and roadmaps for programs.
• Own and execute one or more software engineering programs.
• Influence product decisions aligned with program objectives.
• Mentor TPMs and help build TPM discipline across the org.
