Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead complex programs across engineering, product, and cross-functional teams. You will shape strategy, drive technical decision-making, and guide execution from planning to delivery at scale.

You will mentor TPMs, define processes, and collaborate with finance, legal, risk, and other groups to balance speed with reliability. This role combines technical depth with strong stakeholder management in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in technical program or product management.
• Proven ability to ship software with global impact across multiple teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and ability to lead discussions across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Drive functional and technical delivery of key programs across engineering, product, and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with engineering to design, scope, and shepherd features.
• Create functional specs, project and release plans, and roadmaps.
• Own and execute one or more software engineering programs simultaneously.
• Drive product decisions that align with program and company objectives.
• Influence senior stakeholders and build consensus across teams.
• Define and scale program processes and frameworks for org-wide adoption.
• Mentor TPMs and contribute to building the TPM discipline.
