Job summary

Bridge is seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive complex programs across engineering, product, and cross-functional teams. You will lead planning through delivery, align stakeholders, and implement scalable processes that improve reliability, performance, and velocity.

In this role you will mentor TPMs, influence senior engineering and product leaders, own roadmaps, and manage multiple initiatives across time zones in a payments-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in technical program or product management with global impact.
• Proven track record shipping software with broad customer impact.
• Able to lead architecture discussions, remove ambiguity, and tradeoffs clearly.
• Independent and capable of leading multiple teams across time zones.
• Strong written and verbal communication across diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive delivery of key programs across engineering, product, and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with engineering to design, scope, and shepherd features.
• Create functional specs, project and release plans, and roadmaps.
• Own and execute one or more software engineering programs.
• Influence product decisions aligned with program and company objectives.
• Mentor TPMs and contribute to building the TPM discipline.
