Job summary

Cencora in Carrollton, TX is seeking a Lead Program Manager, Technical Program Management to act as a subject matter expert in delivering complex programs across the organization. You will drive governance, strategies, and cross-functional execution with senior leaders and multiple workstreams.

The role requires 6+ years in technical/program management, engineering or related fields, and a track record in enterprise-scale project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
• Master’s degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in technical project management, program management, or a related field required.
• PMP, PgMP certification preferred.
• Healthcare experience highly desired.
• Ability to extract and analyze portfolio data across projects and enterprise allocations.
• Experience with MS Project to support schedule and status communication.
• MS Excel for enterprise data analysis (multi-sheet workbooks, filters, PivotTables).
• Leadership-ready PowerPoint presentations for complex concepts.
• PowerBI data visualization with Word documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and in a team oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Bridges strategy, execution and governance to deliver business value on large-scale initiatives.
• Drive design and delivery planning for enterprise-scale programs with multiple workstreams.
• Influence senior technical leaders on strategy, delivery approach and governance priorities.
• Develop and standardize governance frameworks, delivery methodologies, and management standards.
• Create reusable program playbooks, reporting templates, and governance baselines.
• Mentor and develop senior project managers to raise organizational delivery capability.
