Job summary
Cencora is seeking a Senior Director, Technical Program Management to direct enterprise program execution across cross-unit integrations. You will establish planning mechanisms, governance, and reporting to drive transparency and accountability.
The role leads budgeting, vendor partnerships, and executive alignment for strategic roadmaps and large-scale projects over $100M. The position requires extensive experience in technology program management, with a focus on leadership, agile delivery
Qualifications
- 12+ years in technology project/program management or related field.
- 8+ years in a management capacity.
- Multiple enterprise portfolio and program management tools experience.
- PM certifications preferred (PMP/PGMP/PRINCE2/PMI-ACP/CSM/PSM I).
- Experience with budget development and executive reporting.
Responsibilities
- Direct enterprise portfolio and program execution for cross‑unit integrations.
- Establish standards, metrics, and governance for delivery.
- Lead vendor partnerships, contracts, and performance governance.
- Coordinate schedules, dependencies, and resources across programs.
- Interact with executives to align roadmaps, funding, and priorities.
- Manage and develop the program team, including performance reviews.
- Lead large-scale enterprise projects $100M+.
