Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Lead Program Manager, Technical Program Management to act as a subject matter expert in large-scale program delivery and governance. You will bridge strategy, execution, and governance across cross-functional teams, delivering high-stakes initiatives in pharmaceutical distribution.

The role requires leading complex programs, developing governance standards, and mentoring others, with a focus on improving organizational delivery capability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Master’s degree preferred with related field experience.
• 6+ years in technical or program management related roles.
• PMP/PgMP certification preferred.
• Healthcare experience highly desired.
• Ability to analyze portfolio data across projects.

Responsibilities

• Bridges strategy, execution and governance to deliver business value.
• Drives design and planning for enterprise-scale initiatives with multiple workstreams.
• Influences senior leaders on strategy, approach, and investments.
• Develops governance frameworks, delivery methodologies, and standards.
• Builds program playbooks, templates, and scalable governance.
• Mentors senior project managers to raise organizational capability.
