Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Lead Program Manager, Technical Program Management to serve as a subject matter expert in large-scale program delivery. You will govern delivery frameworks, design governance, and drive cross-functional execution to maximize business value across initiatives.

The role requires 6+ years in technical/program management, PMP/PgMP preferred, and strong communication with executives. Healthcare context is highly desirable, with MS Project/Excel/PowerPoint and PowerBI proficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in technical or program management required.
• PMP/PgMP or equivalent preferred.
• Healthcare experience is highly desired.
• Strong ability to analyze portfolio data across projects.
