Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years of program or project management experience, including leadership of complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience leading a major workstream within a large enterprise-wide transformation, ERP transformation, or similarly complex program.
• Strong planning, risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder coordination experience.
• Experience across business and technology teams in a matrixed environment.
• Deep expertise in large-scale program budget management.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and communicate at executive level.
• PMP, Agile or related certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead an assigned workstream within a major enterprise transformation program.
• Own day-to-day planning, coordination, execution oversight, and delivery tracking.
• Define milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and accountabilities.
• Provide governance updates on progress, risks, and decisions.
