Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Data Center Facilities Technical Manager to lead the development and implementation of best-in-class operational processes for our data center clients. You will help ensure 100% uptime, meet client SLAs, and influence technical approaches across the portfolio.

You will manage vendor contracts, drive continuous improvement, and work with the Operations Team to maintain procedures, risk assessments, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience developing standardized technical operational processes.
• Experience supporting processes across a data center portfolio.
• Proven track record evaluating and improving technical operational processes.
• Technical knowledge of High-Risk emergency operating procedures and DC compliance standards.
• Familiarity with commissioning standards and operations documents.
• Experience executing operational and performance risk assessments.
• Ability to solve complex technical and operational problems with broad impact.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational support across local data center portfolio.
• Improve technical operational processes and procedures with the team.
• Review and approve High-Risk emergency operating procedures.
• Manage technical library content for global accessibility.
• Audit processes (PPM, reporting, statutory files) for compliance.
• Review commissioning docs and site drawings for procedures.
• Review critical facilities operation procedural documents based on commissioning documentation and site drawings.
• Execute operational and performance risk assessments.
• Collaborate with Operations to maintain procedures and policies.
• Lead by example and promote best practices.
• Identify and solve complex technical and operational problems.
