Job summary

CoreWeave is hiring a Data Center Operations Program Manager to lead end-to-end programs that scale and sustain our global infrastructure. You will own the DC Ops roadmap, drive on-time milestones, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

You will tackle hardware logistics bottlenecks, rack integration, and facility readiness, deliver data-driven insights to leadership, and create SOPs for global operating consistency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program/project management in complex technical environments.
• Direct data center, infrastructure, or hyperscale operations experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple cross-functional programs concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of mission-critical programs for CoreWeave's data centers.
• Own the DC Ops roadmap and ensure timely milestone delivery.
• Resolve bottlenecks in hardware logistics, rack integration and facility readiness.
• Provide data-driven insights to leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Establish SOPs for global consistency and risk management.
