Qualifications

• 8+ years of Technical Project Management.
• Experience leading the planning, coordination, and delivery of projects or small-to-medium programs involving multiple cross-functional teams.
• Strong ability to communicate objectives, priorities, timelines, and delivery status to stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated success managing project risks, dependencies, issues, and mitigation plans to ensure successful outcomes.
• Experience ensuring compliance with organizational standards, governance processes, and quality requirements.
• Ability to provide end-to-end visibility into project health through effective reporting, metrics, and stakeholder communications.
• Track record of delivering solutions that meet client and business expectations for functionality, quality, schedule, and cost.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across business, technology, and operational teams.
• Experience facilitating cross-functional meetings, governance reviews, and synchronization points to drive alignment and execution.
• Proficiency with project management methodologies, tools, and best practices, including Agile and/or Waterfall delivery frameworks.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and drive accountability across multiple teams and organizations.
• Good understanding of Design Patterns and design thinking.
• Works well under pressure. Manage multiple priorities, be proactive, and deliver quality results under aggressive deadlines.
